Mental Health Support and Medication Management

We specialize in caring for first responders, frontline workers, and healthcare professionals who face emotional and psychological trauma as a result of serving and supporting others.  We also help anyone who may be struggling with PTSD, depression, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, or substance-use related issues.

Accessible Mental Health Care You Can Trust

Two people holding hands in a comforting gesture.

At Hope Grace & Gratitude Professional Nursing Corporation (HGGPC), we provide compassionate, personalized mental health care through secure telepsychiatry services for individuals navigating emotional and psychological challenges. We specialize in treating first responders and healthcare professionals impacted by occupational and trauma-related stress, as well as individuals experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. Our care is designed to honor your privacy, respect your experiences, and meet you where you are.

Whether you are coping with trauma related to frontline work, managing persistent sadness, struggling with anxiety or attention difficulties, navigating mood changes, or working toward recovery from substance use, you deserve comprehensive, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental support.

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a background in critical care, I bring both clinical expertise and deep understanding to each session. I recognize how common it is—particularly among high-functioning professionals—to appear composed on the outside while silently carrying significant emotional weight.

Through convenient and confidential telehealth sessions, we collaborate to develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle. Care is grounded in evidence-based medication management and informed by a holistic understanding of stress, trauma, and resilience. Our work together focuses on fostering healing, stability, and self-compassion—free from stigma or judgment.

At HGGPC, you do not have to face mental health challenges alone. Whether you are navigating trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood instability, or substance use concerns, this is a safe, supportive space to heal, regain clarity, and move toward lasting emotional balance.

Hannah Jones, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is the founder of Hope Grace and Gratitude Professional Nursing Corporation (HGGPC). As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a strong background in critical care, she specializes in treating first responders and frontline professionals, as well as individuals experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance use disorders.

Having worked on the frontlines herself through the COVID-19 pandemic, Hannah understands firsthand the emotional toll that high-stress, high-responsibility roles can take on an individual. She also recognizes the profound challenges of moving through life while managing depression, anxiety, trauma, attention difficulties, and substance use concerns.
